Laptop infected by (MS) Antivirus

Hi guys,

this is my first time posting here. I have a serious problem with my Dell Inspiron 1525 Laptop. The other day as I was installing a trial version of a dvd burner program, a pop-up for (MS) Antivirus came up. It started scanning my computer and told me I had over 100,000 infected files. I just hit the X in the top corner of the window however this wasnt the end. I began to constantly get popups coming from the bottom right hand corner of my monitor telling me that my computer was seriously infected or that "ATTN! Networks have been blocked" and asking me to click on them however I did not do so. These popups repeatedly add two internet links to my desktop called "Quality Porn" and "Best ZOO PORN". I scanned the PC with Malwarebytes and MCAfee and removed as much infected files from the registry as possible. I looked for MSA.exe and MSA.cpl but couldnt find either or any associated files. Today my PC just wont turn on, I don't know what to do.

Is there anyway I can fix this or can an expert fix it for me?

Thanks in advance,

Conor Murphy
