Cannot Install Trend Micro IS 2008

Okay, my first post here. I couldn't find a specific thread to my problem, so please be kind if this has been reviewed here already.

I originally downloaded a trial version of the IS2008 software. It ran fine, so I purchased a 3-user licensed disk to run on all of my computers. I went to add/remove programs and deleted the trial version and I have now spent 3 days trying to reload the software. I've down some searches on how to remove the old software and it does not turn up anymore on any search, but I still get the same problem trying to load the new software.

I get the same message that a security threat has prevented the complete installation of the IS2008 and that I need to restart the computer. This message keeps coming up!! Very frustrating. Any help is greatly appreciated since Trend Micro has no phone support on the weekends.
