Trojan Vundo

Hi, i'm using McAfee and it detected that in my folder System32, theres a trojan tuvVnoPJ.DLL, and i think it infecting winlogon.exe

i try to boot to safe mode and try to delete that file but it doesnt work, it say the file is being used by another program? does anyone know how to delete this trojan? pleasssse
