lost internet connection

i installed a Trend Micro internet security 2008 and after the installation i lost my internet connection..how do i solve this problem?

They have some recommendations for Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 2007 here. which may also work for 2008. Otherwise, you might like to try contacting their support.

how about uninstalling to see if your net works then? after that maybe it did something with your settings or, did it install a firewall, so that you cant access the net?
