looking for new security software
I am looking for new security software, I had CA security suite, but last week a virus as well as spyware infected my computer, the tech support staff there were extemely uphelpful. I eventually ended up restarting my computer with PC angel, can you suggest a security software?

i recommend kaspersky for several reasons, but the one reason that stands out right now as it pertains to you, they will remove all the remains of CA, which is crucial. just go there and register at their forum, and say you want to trial KAV, and they will take it from there. they have a well organized network that will properly install KAV on your computer. they will run a tool that looks for all previous antiviruses, and guide you through the installation. you have the forum available to you if you have any questions. if the antivirus doesn't work out, nod32 and bitdefender are also very good, but always take advantage of the trial whichever antivirus you choose. |
