I need help with my Win. Xp

Recently I restarted my xp for system instability issues, and doing starting to do the same, Meaning pages don't fully upload when Im on the internet, pages unexpectedly close and my avg 8.0 will find cookies and and when Try to delete them, the avg tells me If I delete them it will cause system instability? Ive never heard of a avg saying that, can someone help me?

did you install anything recently?

by restart do you mean reinstall windows fresh? or are you meaning your pc was running funny so you just restarted and its still doing the same? best trying to uninstall avg see how the internet works then, also check your settings in IE see what the security is set to. post back how you get on with that without avg and checking your settings.

Yes I restarted a fresh new copy Of Windows Xp. And also yes it was running funny? But I wonder, I recently did this ( http://youtube.com/watch?v=x5N9zMIPq6Q) on youtube would this be my problem?

if the problem started afterwords then that is the problem.

if making those changes caused the problem then you need to remove them. Eithier uninstall firefox and reinstall or go through those changes and change things back.

well I heard from a friend that it causes damage to your computer And I have re-install windows? Please advice about this situation?
