Is there a way to turn on/off all protection at once?

I use AVG anti-virus, Spyware Terminator, Comodo firewall and AdMuncher. I'm frequently disabling all of them to get better performance for gaming (when I'm offline of course). My pc isn't top-of-the-line so it needs all the help it can get, plus I hate having stuff running in the background and interrupting the game with some message or another.

Is there a simpler way I can turn everything on and off as I need them? Like maybe a desktop shortcut that starts and stops all those programs at once?

those programmes are all seperate from each other. each one needs to be disabled seperately.
