Problem installing and unistalling Trend Micro pc cillin

1st hello everyone my nam is Til.
i tried installind TM PC cillin but to no success as half way thru the suppose installation, TM Pc cillin notified that the setup could not be completed due to another virus scanner bein run or installed. I only have Windows security alert.so i click on the X to exit the window and try to find TM Pc cillin on My programs:,it is not there. i look in program files and i find it there but the program doent not want to run right.i tried to remove from one of the icons that says "remove" it doent want to remove it says"another installion is in progress, please complete the installation before removing the program"
i tried to uninstall it thru add/ remove, it is not there.

i tried to reinstall TM PC cillin but it says" setuphas found a newer verison in your system, please remove the other verison to install this one". also TM PC cillin won't let me install Win zip

Have you had previous AntiVirus installed? Which one? Some leave traces behind.

See if the information in this post helps you remove TM PC Cillin. You should then be able to install it.

Otherwise, since Trend is a pay-for product, you should contact their customer support.
