Big problem with trojans, spyware, malware.
I'm running Windows Vista.
I lost all authority to my computer. (as in i'm an administrator but it doesn't say I am) As in, I get this error (The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.) when i want to open an .EXE file such as.. an installer. I can download perfectly fine, but if I really want to i'd need to go into safe mode (such as I am doing right now safemode with networking) Last time I tried to go into my normal settings and my mouse and keyboard just froze. This is what i've done so far which isn't much: I restored the point from may, but of course the problem still occurred. I scanned my computer with the fully functional registered, Spyware Doctor. I've tried changing/the user accounts, nothings opens. But of course I never restarted my computer after spyware doctor scanned, yet. I doubt anything will be back to normal. I had pretty harsh viruses. I hope, I really hope I don't have to resort into reformatting my computer, well if anyone can help me i'll be rechecking this as long as my computer stands by. Thank you so much. |

Re: Big problem with trojans, spyware, malware.
Hi
Please start here and follow the instructions. http://www.techsupportforum.com/secu...sting-log.html If you cannot complete any of the Steps, simply move on to the next one - remember to let the Analyst know about this when you post your logs. Do not post your logs back in this thread - follow the guidance in the above link! Please note that the Security Forum is always busy, so I would ask for your patience while waiting for a reply - it may take a few days.
