Help me, popup shows up every day at 6:02 AM

I tried Ad-Aware and Norton 360 but they're not working. Do I need better protection? How do I get rid of this? Also when I try to change one of my folders names it says I cant because someone else is using it. What do I do? Please help, I don't know how infected my computer might be or if my privacys been breached.

If you cannot complete any of the Steps, simply move on to the next one - remember to let the Analyst know about this when you post your logs.

Do not post your logs back in this thread - follow the guidance in the above link!

I tried Step 1, I saw nothing dubious.

Step 2, I can't get the scan to work. When I tried registering, it said something about a technical problem. Then when I finally registered and tried to run the scan, it told me this on step 2:

You must download and install a plug-in so that ActiveScan2.0 works in Mozilla Firefox. You only need to do this the first time.

I deleted the file and tried again and again, but to no avail. So I can't get out any logs from it because I can't run the scan.

Just carry on. All the steps are important, but Step 5 is where most of the analysis data is obtained.

Alright, I attached the extra, just as said in Step 5. Awaiting further instructions.

Don't forget to post the main.txt from DSS, and also give some more information in that new thread, for whomever happens to pick up the thread. A link to this one would be fine.

The other needed log should be located at C:\Deckard\System Scanner\main.txt
