MSN messenger

At times, my friends say that randomly, out of the blue, my msn messenger will log in and i will send out a link to an internet site. I am not the one doing this so obviously my account was phished. How can I stop this from happening so they cannot log in on my account??

I tried to change the password on my MSN Messenger Live account but I cannot find where to do that. Can anyone help??

Scroll to the bottom of the page, under "Already signed up for Windows Live ID?"

Click on "Sign in to Account Services"

Once signed in, you'll see a "password reset information" section. Next to "password" click on "Change"
