My Computer is Possessed

(Moved from HiJack This Log Help)

I have tried to read thru all the posts instead of starting a new thread, but I probably need to just post my HiJack This Log and get individual advice. My Desktop has changed, My Homepage will not stay where I set it, My IE will not always come up, I have to go to my "Quick Launch Icon" Right Click, and and "Run As" to get it up. Also the Task Bar freezes up and I can't press anything. I have Panda Antivirus & Firewall 2008 - 7.00.00 but I have tried running Active Scan, and have had many different outcomes, but none have finished. They just stall somewhere, and I end up closing them out.
I just noticed that all users were Administrators, I have changed all others except for mine to "Limited Access" and Password Protected my own. I then ran another HiJack This Report and posted it below, which may be different than my original post I put in "HiJack This Log Help" accidentally.

Any Advice would be Greatly Appreciated!! I have a 7 year old Grandson that will be here from North Carolina TODAY, and he LOVES to get on my computer, as they do not have Fast Internet at his house.

Here is my HiJack Log:

Re: My Computer is Possessed

ALSO, I forgot to include this error which happens sometimes when I try to enter a website into an IE window already open, and other random times: My User name - Desktop not accessible. Also the Task bar sometimes disappears, but even when I can see it, all the windows that are open do not show up on it, and after a while, I can't click on any of the icons if I can see them at all.
thanx, anyone.....
