Random popups

after some surfing the other day some thing has gotten on my computer that causes me to recieve a random popup everytime i load a new page this is not something that happens norally. also upon opening ie7 it loads 2 tabs that are not in my home tabs listing both of these tabs come up as HTTP 404 not found. any help in getting rid of this problem would be most appreciated. I have already scanned with spybot and it did not fix the problem.

Try a Spybot S & D scan, Emsisoft A-Sqaured 3.5 or AVG 8 scan. If nothing comes up i would suggest migrating to Firefox.
