Cry symantec problems

Hi, can anyone advise me with the removal of the last vestige of symantec left on my computer. I refer to Symantec Shared files/programfiles/commonfiles.
In particular "symlcnet.dll: ,which prevents me from installing my camcorder.
I have tried to go via Symantec support which is like stepping into a mine field. Round and round in circles and getting nowhere. Even the site they suggested for support doesn't appear to exist. A bad case of indigestion finally made me try this forum.
I wait with abated breath. Abram Moolenaar.

Re: symantec problems

Hello,

Download Norton Removal Tool. Just search it on Yahoo.. It would help you to uninstall all the components of symantec...

Hello Abrham, Welcome to TSF!

The Norton Removal Tool or the Symantec Removal Tool is required to properly and completely remove any Norton or Symantec Products.

Symantec Removal Tool. (Click the coloured Link.)

OR

Norton Removal Tool.
(Choose the Removal Tool that suits your installed product.)

Just follow the prompts.

Kind Regards,
