Infections!

Ive read all the steps and everything...but i can give u the panda txt but the last dss i donno how to use it! its making me errors.
Because of some trojan downloader i cant so snothing right know.My spyware doctor is showing that he erased it already but my pings in games are imposible and when im typing "netstat" in cmd is a million of user which means spyware!
I have Ad-Aware and Spyware Doctor noone of them can erase it.its mayeb malware ill be glad to get some more help thatn those steps!
I read everything i just cant understand the last step of the dss program!
EDIT: I cant surf as well! so i donno what to do cuz i didnt understand ur last step and btw the panda scan isnt working probably because the infection :(

Hi

If you've done as much as you can with the 5 Steps, try and post at least a HijackThis Log (in the HJT Forum) and let the analyst know that you cannot run DSS. You will be given advice on what to do next.
