Can't fine answer to the problem of "Your current security settings do not allow you to send html forms"

Wonder if it's my Trend-Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 2007 preventing me from sending HTML forms??

Check these settings:

In Internet Explorer

go to Tools --> Internet Options

Go to the Security tab and choose the Internet Zone.

Select the custom Level button and scroll to:

"Submit nonencrypted form data" (about 2/3 of the way down)

Check that it is enabled.

Have tried that and that doesn't solve the problem. I have enabled the non-encrypted forms across all zones in XP--Nada, zero, zilch.

It is enabled in all zones in XP. That doesn't solve the problem for some reason.
