:upset . PLEASE HELP ME BY REMOVING ALL THESE VIRUSES AND PROTECTING MY COMPUTER. I ALSO WANT TO KNOW HOW TO HAVE AN AVATAR ON MY PROFILE NAME I WANT TO EDIT IT!!!!

PLEASE HELP I'M IN NEED OF YOUR HELP URGENTLY!!!

If you think your computer is infected, please follow these instructions (5 pages) and post the requested logs in a new thread here.

The security forum is extremely busy (possibly a 3 day wait), so please be patient and you will receive a reply as soon as possible. If you go to Thread Tools > Subscribe at the top of your new thread you will receive an email as soon as a reply is posted.

Click on the bold text (links) in my last reply to go to the instructions, then start a new thread in the HJT forum and include all the requested scan logs. An analyst will review your logs as soon as possible and give you further instructions.

If there are any scans that won't run, mention this in your new thread. Also, include a list of all the security software you have installed and full details of any problems you think might be caused by infections.
