Re: Virus Help

Google comes up empty on that file. Its most likely bad.

If you want to confirm, you scan it here first: http://virusscan.jotti.org

Re: Virus Help

Its probably ok to delete it but if you want to be sure, upload the file first at jotti.

Re: Virus Help

I am not sure if i am reading it correctly, but are the results at the bottom of the page things that were found on my computer? I am unsure how to use the site. But i did type C:WINDOWS\system32\aqixatrx.dll into File to Upload And Scan.. then Submit, and this is what it said : The file you uploaded is 0 bytes. It is very likely a firewall or a piece of malware is prohibiting you from uploading this file.

Sorry for all the questions, i just want to get rid of whatever this is!
So I am still Unsure whether or not to delete the file.. ?

Re: Virus Help

Allow antivir to nuke the file. It is most likely bad.
