whats this mean..

when i turn my computer on this pops up...windows\system32\he3e3fc4.dll appears,i have no clue. any help on how to get rid of this???

Did a fast search on google and it appears to be an adware downloader. You should run something like ad-aware http://lavasoft.com/products/ad_aware_free.php or some other anti-spyware.

mrcobra93, can you be more specific about what exactly pops up? Is it a Windows message about a missing module or similar?

grimx133 is correct, if you've typed the file name correctly, it's an adware component. If you're getting Windows messages about something being missing at startup, it may well be orphaned. Running a scan with Ad-Aware or any of the AntiSpyware applications in this thread may help remove it:
