AdAware bad ware?
I received an offer for a free download of adaware from zdnet and while drilling down i read 3 reveiws that stated it caught only cookies. any feedback from the pros from dover?
other solid spyware/anti virus recs? I currently use spyware blaster, pc tools spyware doctor and kapersky anti-virus. safe? thanks, as always!  |

I recommend the following spyware removers..
SpybotSD A2Free Lavasoft Adaware 2007 Also if you use IE then consider switching to Firefox as it is less prone to picking up nasties. |

AdAware, the genuine version from Lavasoft, is a well respected programme and will remove much more than just cookies. Have a look here for further suggestions PC Safety and Security--What Do I Need?
