Search engines affected after contamination
Hi All
Our Pc was badly hit by Virtumonde and or Vundo Trojan, we got rid of it and all scans are coming up clean, scans from Trojan remover, Spyware doctor and spybot search and destroy don't have any sign of the virusses the problem we have now is that we can not use any search engine being Google or yahoo and so on, we can go on the homepage of the search engine but when entering a search word it starts and then hangs with the message waiting for reply, any direct link onto any site works fine. Did any one come across this problem or do you have a sugestion for us to try.Any input would be much appriciated. Thanks in advance Erniee27 |
