[SOLVED] Spybot S&D Bad URL Blocker
I have Spybot-S&D Bad URL Blocker on, but it is starting to get annoying (well it has been annoying for awhile). It always has apop up dialog box for ever url it blocks. In the last 5 or 10 minutes it blocked 6, it shows a box for each. I have serached Spybot for an option just to block it without telling me about it but I have found no sch thing.
The box has two buttons, one is Allow and the other is Deny. Allow is greyed out and Deny is the only possibly selection. Is there a way to prevent this box from coming up while still having the advantages of this service? |

Re: Spybot S&D Bad URL Blocker
Sounds like you're using TeaTimer resident protection.
Right click on the TeaTimer icon in the system tray. Under the heading "Resident IE" ticking the "ask for blocking confrmation" enables the accept button on the bad url warning notice. Sounds like you want "Block all pages silently", though this may have an unintended disadvantage should there be a false positive.

Re: Spybot S&D Bad URL Blocker
Seems a bit drastic.
The only was I can see to access that option is through TeaTimer...so, perhaps if you enable Teatimer, you can then change the Resident IE setting.
After changing IE resident, you can then disable TeaTimer if you don't want it.
