slow performance

Hi,
I'm using Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 2 (Build 2600) from few days, my all drives has been rename with W32@UOG@PK, I've try to rename it but its come again. ALso I found three folders in all my drives, one is without any name, second with the name of Pict and third folder with the name of Papua Nigin2. I was usig Avast antivirus, it was up to date, but my pc condition was same. now I'm scaning my pc with Kaspersky online serach but no way. please tell me how I can get rid of these kind of folders. My pc performance is v. slow.
