Several problems in winxp

hi

first of all, my pc is veeery slow, i dont know why. im almost sure i have a virus. i use norton 360 but suddenly it doesnt open it says "ccapp.exe is not a valid win32 application". i also cannot login in safe mode, it reboots while booting, so i can only login in normal mode. i have administrative privileges, but many programs say the same message "not a valid win32 app". i cannot run sdfix, because i cannot login in safe mode, and i cannot run combofix, because it gives me this message. i ran malwarebytes' antimalware, it found 2-3 threats, but i still have these problems. i also downloaded microsoft malicious software removal tool but it stucks at "imapi.exe" what should i do? thx in advance and im sorry for my bad english.

this morning i downloaded hxxp://hyperupload.com/download/02ce532d34/FingerAuth_Password_Manager_1.0.0.1.rar.html from emule, and the problems started after this. i'm sure this is the virus file. hope it helps (be careful, norton 360 and mbam dont find it as a threat)

Re: Several problems in winxp

G'Day lykos, Welcome to TSF!

I recommend that you read this article… "Having problems with spyware and pop-ups? - First Steps"; follow the instructions very carefully; then, post all the requested logs and information; as instructed, in the HiJackThis Log Help Forum.
(Simply, click on the coloured links to be re-directed.)

Please ensure that you create a new thread in the HiJackThis Log Help Forum; not back here in this one.

When carrying out The 5 Steps, if you cannot complete any of them for whatever reason, just continue on with the next one until they are all completed.
However,it is extremely important to make mention of the fact that you could not complete any of the steps in your post to The HJT Help Forum; where an Analyst will assist you with other workarounds.

Once done, please be patient, as the Security Team Analysts are usually very busy; one of them will answer your request as soon as they can.

Good Luck with it.

Kind Regards,
