BitDefender & WinPatrol
Can you use BitDefender Internet Secuirty with WinPatrol; and should I then disable Windoes Defender from Start-up?

You can run Bit Defender, WinPatrol and Windows Defender, there should not be any problem. Though you can always check BD's site to see whether there is any mention about conflicts.
