Process Explorer reports KeReleaseMutant

Win XP pro no SP's
Verizon DSL
AMD 2Gb
2 Gb RAM

Process Explorer (formerly Sysinternals) Reports [ <system> no description ] as:

ntoskrnl.exe!KeReleaseMutant+0x13b [screenshot available]

I don't know what it is. Has anyone else heard of this?

I can make out most of it. I have nothing like that showing on my own system.

I would suggest this should not be there.

Please start here and follow the instructions.
