Someone please help I think I have a virus
I need anyones help?
I am currently deployed to Iraq and I have no other ways to get my computer fixed. Here is the problems: I cannot uncheck the "hide protected operatiing system files" box and show hidden files box. Every time I do uncheck both boxes and click ok it goes back to normal When I try to restart or turn off my computer It doesn't turn off. When I do shut it off and restart it I get an error about amvo.exe I am running Windows XP SP2 My antivirus is Symantec Endpoint Protection. I just updated the virus definitions. Can anyone please Help me? Robert |
