sbcglobal failure to update virus protection
Im running windows xp. I'm using the sbc free securuity package. I have securuty updates for virus protection set on automatic update. How ever I keep getting the message failed to update. I use mozillas internet browser as my default browser. Would that have anything to do with it? I tend to not think so because the same thing is happening on my notebook and the default browser on it is explorer. They keep asking if I use a proxy server. I not sure where to find out if I am or am not.

Re: sbcglobal failure to update virus protection
see if you can update using msie. This will help determine if the problem is with firefox.
