how to disable one Panda IS 2007 feature

Turned here after getting no answers from panda's knowledge base ....

Since enabling the web content control in Panda Internet Security 2007,
my wife and I have to fill in a popup window with a Panda username and password whenever we browse the web or check email. It seems this feature is for parental control of web content, and it's not something we need or want.

I've followed the procedure described in Panda help to disable this part of Panda, and sure enough, the main window for Panda Internet Security indicates that this feature is disabled. However, after every reboot, web content control turns itself back on!

Any suggestions for how to permanently get rid of this "bad penny" would be greatly apprectiated. I'm satisfied with the firewall, virus, spyware, etc. services in Panda, but really want to get rid of the web content control feature and its annoying popup. I'm tempted to uninstall the whole thing and go with Avast or AVG.
