Unable To Connect To Internet Unless In Safe Mode
Suddenly We Are Unable To Connect To The Internet Unless We Are In Safe Mode. I Spoke With Our Internet Provider And They Did A Complete Check On Their End, Nothing Is Wrong. They Showed Me How To Connect Via Safe Mode.
We Did Not Intentionally Change Anything, Our Virus Security Is Provided Through Our Internet Provider. Thanks, Alcm |

Re: Unable To Connect To Internet Unless In Safe Mode
Hi alcm94 -
While ejames has provided some good information, you may want to think about a few things before posting logs for possible malware removal assistance.... If you can connect in Safe Mode w/Networking, and not in normal mode, frequently this is due to a firewall or other security application issue. It's possible a recent update to the protection has changed something. Malware will not usually mess with your internet connection to the point of no connection at all, they need it to make money, or perform whatever other nefarious acts they have in mind with their payloads. If you disable the firewall/antivirus from your ISP, can you connect to the internet from normal mode?
