help me
astry has spoiled the data.Even i have cleaned this with trend micro but could not able to clean astry. It in the window folder. that indonesian smile with a messg of ( A_think --- A face of a girl and the email address mentions ' Your computer Safe" followed by email address astry_cs at yahoo dot com.

Do you mean trojan.astry? If it is, then i would advise you to follow the instructions in the link below and an analyst will try to help you. Post your logs in the hijack this section. If you cannot complete any of the steps then just move on to the next one and inform the analyst of any steps you could not complete.
