andt.sys and routing.exe problems

I have an Acer TravelMate 5720 running XP Pro and have been infected by andt.sys and routing.exe and I can't get rid of them. I have Panda Internet Security and neither the Totalscan nor Micro Trend Housecall got rid of them.

In addition IE7 hangs all thetime when Panda is active and I have to disable it while using IE7 or any other browser. Outlook 2003 works just fine with Panda running.
