Does anybody know what is A0001484.exe
Location: C:\System Volume Information\_restore{xxxxx\A0001484.exe

Hi and welcome to TSF.

It is a malware file, but is being safely held in System Restore and will not harm your system, unless you restore it. To flush out the old System Restore points and create new ones, follow these instructions.

To turn off System Restore click Start > Right Click My Computer > Properties. Click the System Restore tab and Check "Turn off System Restore" or "Turn off System Restore on all drives" Click Apply. When turning off System Restore, the existing restore points will be deleted. Click Yes to do this then Click OK.

To turn on System Restore by Clicking Start. Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties. Click the System Restore tab. Uncheck "Turn off System Restore" or "Turn off System Restore on all drives." Click Apply, and then OK.

This will create a new Restore Point.

thank you very much thats what I did,
but I do not restore the option back, must do I ?

Only if you want to carry on using the System Restore feature (recommended). If you don't enable it, then no more restore points will be created.

Run some scans. What security software do you have installed?
