Trojan horse generic9.abda very stubborn!!

Hello All,

I have a users laptop that is being shown to be infected with this Trojan horse generic9.abda virus.

They have norton installed and it cant heal or quarantien the file.

I installed avg free edition, same problem.

I have tried to delete the file manually in normal windows mode and in safe mode with no luck.

I have tried using KillBox and Unlocker to delete the file but with no luck.

Has any one come across this virus before and know how to remove it.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

If you cannot complete any of the Steps, simply move on to the next one - remember to let the Analyst know about this when you post your logs.
