unknown virus infected
My laptop recently get infected by unknown malicious ware or virus.
symptoms are like:- 1) unable to open any programs,therefore i can't do any virus scan 2) unable to start system in safe mode 3) 'run' command disappeared from start menu 4) can't do system restore 5) unable to do open task manager through 'del+ctrl+alt' 6) unable to explore any folders when double click but can be done by right click->explore 7) 'folder options' disappeared thus unable to view hidden files any suggestion????? i'm helpless, i dont really want to reformat thx in advance |
