Re: Rsvp

Hi, welcome to TSF

From http://www.liutilities.com/products/...slibrary/rsvp/
Quote:
rsvp.exe is a process which handles Quality of Services between client and server for audio and video streaming applications. This program is a non-essential process, but should not be terminated unless suspected to be causing problems.
It's not worth killing processes in Task Manager unless you know what they are for and will improve performance by removing them. What does it say for rsvp under CPU and Mem Usage under the Processes tab?

If you think your computer might be infected, please follow the instructions here (5 pages) and then post all the requested logs in a new thread here for the security analysts to look at. If you have any trouble running any of the scans, leave them and move onto the next.

The security forum is always busy, so please be patient and you will receive a reply as soon as possible. If you go to Thread Tools > Subscribe at the top of your new thread you will receive an email as soon as a reply is posted.

Re: Rsvp

u guys wont belive this.... I FIXED IT :p (dats right the noob fixed his pc)

yea i found that uniblue site thingy.. downloaded the scanner and found I've got 2305 unidentified errors, another 368 identified ones
which is kinda alot and unrealistic... i kinda got rid of it
but what it told me about the programs good tho

the thing tho that got me wondering about it is.. i always stream audio of the net (mostly radio stations)... ive had both audio and vidio streams of the net (radio stations and a niftly little webcam thingy) and i have had just video streams of the net (you tube) and teminating the procces didnt work it just came back... varying at 808 mem usage.... and depending on how long it had been their 20 - 00 CPU usage
