PCTOOLS SQL SERVER: What the????

Hey!

I have this in my PC, it automatically goes on when the OS (Win XP Pro) starts. I know my PC is not only full of junk but full of BAD junk . Thing is: is this PCTOOLS SQL SERVER bad? What the is it? I looked it up and it's supposed to be the Database adminitrator or whatever, but I'm still not sure... It connects to the internet, I can refresh the connection () but it doesn't say what company made it, nor it has help, etc... I'm pretty sure it's badware.

Anyone able to give me a heads up?

Thanks!

V.

EDIT: Sorry, yeah, I was able to see that it does belong to Microsoft () but still... What do I need this for? Can I uninstall it? Or tell it not to run on startup? I use access, but I'm bearly starting... I need to learn to make DB not administer them, LOL! I really don't know what this is for... (should I take my question to another thread?)

Many questions... sorry and thanks again!
