windows updates?
Hi.... Microsoft is a big company and I always here bad things about them, which is understandable for a big company.
Just come across this article and this program (below) for updating windows. Just would like to know what people think and is there a free, safe, legal way to update windows without using the official Microsoft update page http://windowssecrets.com/comp/060629/ http://www.windizupdate.com/ http://www.windizupdate.com/ Thanks for your time and intrestets, Doj Harris |

Re: windows updates?
The .net updates are optional . . and for most folks, not needed . . Media Player 11 is also optional, but most should upgrade to it.
Neither of these is automatic . . you can decide if you want them or not. The 80 or so updates are mostly security related and would be included in the HS sites you mentioned.

Re: windows updates?
I did fresh install Vista home premium 32 bit, 10 updates. Then put on my Office 2007 Ultimate had 55 updates. I think must use Windows and Office for Updates. If you dont you could have some serious problems. Set updates for 3am Auto. You'll be sleeping. I only trust updates from the program manufacturer.
