Cry Please HELP with virus or malware????

Hi. I'm having serious troubles with possible virus or something alike... I've deleted my last anti-virus soft and i was planning on installing new AVG antivirus... Since my PC was unprotected for 4 days, now i have some serious troubles with virus or something alike.. So the problem is: when i try to install antivirus, anti-spyware or some other tool needed to clean my PC, the PC justs reboots... I've tryed to boot into a safe mode, but it kept rebooting.. I've installed a "repair install" of windows (setup - repair install), but that didn't do much help either, except i am able to log into a safe mode now... Howerver logging into a safe mode makes no difference whatsoever... The same thing happens.. I can't install any other software, because the minute i start installing it computer reboots regardles of the safe mode... Pc seems to be running slower than usual and i can't do much to clean it....I don't know what to do or what software to use.. Please help!

Re: Please HELP with virus or malware????

Hi

Please start here and follow the instructions, as far as you can

http://www.techsupportforum.com/secu...sting-log.html

If you cannot complete any of the Steps, simply move on to the next one - remember to let the Analyst know about this when you post your logs.

Do not post your logs back in this thread - follow the guidance in the above link!

Please note that the Security Forum is always busy, so I would ask for your patience while waiting for a reply.
