Red Faced Loading Computers

SO I AM VERY NEW WITH ALL OF THIS SO PEOPLE PLEASE BEAR WITH ME...LOL..

SO MY COMPUTER TAKES A REALLY LONG TIME TO LOAD (5 MINUTES).... AND THEN WHEN IT DOES LOAD IT TAKES AN OTHER 5 MINUTES JUST FOR THE DESK TOP TO SHOW ALL THE PROGRAMS..... THEN WHEN I CLICK TO OPEN A PROGRAM... MY COMPUTER SOMETIMES SHUTS DOWN??? AND GIVES ME A MESSAGE ON A BLUE SCREEN THAT SAIDS...

"A PROBLEM HAD BEEN DETECTED AND WINDOWS HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER.

IF THIS IS THE FIRST TIME YOU'VE SEEN THIS ERROR SCREEN RESTART YOUR COMPUTER, IF THIS SCREEN APPEARS AGAIN, FOLLOW THESE STEPS.

CHECK TO BE SURE U HAVE ADEQUATE DISK SPACE. iF A DRIVER IS IDENTIFIED IN TH STOP MESSAGE DISABLE THE DRIVER OR CHECK WITH THE MANUFACTURE FRO DRIVER UPDATER. TRY CHANGING VIDEO ADAPTERS"

SO I DON'T HAVE CLUE ON WHATS GOING ON??? HELP!!!

This does sound like spyware or at the very least system corruption. Please click on the 5 steps link in my signature below and follow the directions listed there. When you post a HijackThis log the TSF malware team will help you remove any spyware on your PC. If they give your PC a clean bill of health post back here.
