Can't find/get rid of trojan hijacker
I know my system is infected.....space shows it is much smaller than it should be....I am receiving odd rejections for spam letters sent through my Outlook email address.
I have used AVG and Norton to try and find/delete infection but so far it has not worked. Please help!

Please follow MicroBell's 5 Step process outlined here:

If you have trouble with one of the steps, simply move on to the next one, and make note of it in your reply.
