Laptop full of viruses!!!
Hi guys, I was giving a laptop to look at but I haven't been able to do anything to it. I haven't been able to run hjt or any other antivirus program. I was able to run a virus scan for just a few minutes and it is very infected but it didn't finish doing the scan. After that, the pc is freezing after I re-start it. Please advice!

 I would recommend that you go here; read and follow the instructions very carefully; then, post all the requested logs and information; as instructed, to here. (Just click on the coloured links.) Once done, please be patient, as the Security Team Analysts are usually very busy; one of them will answer your request as soon as they can.
