Exclamation Computer Problems...please help!

For a few weeks now my computer has been running very slowly. For a little background...I have a Dell 710m, 2.0ghz intel pentium M, 1gb ram (ddr 2300), 60gb hd. It has never given me problems, and I have always kept up to date with windows updates, and use a flurry of anti-spyware and -virus software. Still, for the past few weeks my computer has been progressively getting worse and worse. Windows lags, and everything is a chore because something is slowing it down. I have monitored the task manager to see if there is anything draining the memory, but I havent seen anything out of the ordinary, even though I'm sure something is going on. I have pasted the processes below to show you guys; do you see anything that shouldnt be running? Thanks in advance!
