Can'y find security setting that won't let me utilize certain website video players

I don't have problems watching most videos but for some reason I now get an error message aat NBC.com that says I need to disable ad blocking software. I didn't have this problem 2 weeks ago and I haven't changed anything. Maybe their site updated or one of my programs updated,... I don't know,... I can't find out where it's being blocked.

I use McAfee Security Center (Firewall, Virus Scan, And Privacy Service) w/ privacy service normally disabled

Spyware Guard - Realtime disabled, download and Hijack protections enabled

Spybot (sdhelper and tea timer included), Spyware Blaster, Window's Defender

Do you use Firefox? Firefox is an awesome browser (we all use it), but somehow it doesn't work with NBC videos. Try using IEtab or just use IE for it.
