Re: Search Engine Puzzle

I've tried doing the 5 steps, but it will not let me update or download any of the programs in step 3 (Spyware Blaster & IE Spyad) or update my operating system. What can I do now???

Re: Search Engine Puzzle

If you have troubles with any of the steps, simply make note of it, move on to the next one, and report it in your new thread in the HijackThis Log Help forum. Step 5 will give the Analyst the most information to work from in trying to assist you.
