[SOLVED] How to update IE-SPYAD?

Hi there,Could somebody out there please help me with IE-SPYAD.The thing is,Once a month when i usually update it i always end up spending hours remembering and sussing out what to do,As you have to first delete the restricted site list and then re-load the new list instead of simply downloading an update.Also i find that the material that i find isnt that straight forward.I would really appreciate for someone who knows whats going on with this software to describe what i need to do to update it,In good old plain and easy to understand,English,Thanks in advance.
