Spam

What's the consensus as best spam filter freeware?

I am more or less migrating to Gmail which eliminates most of the problem -- but I still have an email account with my ISP that I want to keep open, and which of late is getting 300 spams a day easily. The ISP only supports Outlook Express, so applying the Block Sender one email at a time is killing me...

I know there are tons of programs out there, and I gather that at least some of them are a cure worse than the disease.

Thanks for the advice in advance

My System

Re: Spam

I get 400+ spam everyday on my Gmail account. It's a pain but what would be even more painful is to have to change the address and notify everyone.
Try this-

Re: Spam

Thanks WOX -- will try out the K9

Maybe I just haven't been on gmail long enough for the spammers to find me there...
