Re: Runtime Error?
Hi Gozz, welcome to TSF
You say you've tried everything. Can you be a bit more specific so we don't suggest fixes you've already tried. What programs are running when the error appears? Which version of MS Office do you have installed? Do you have any toolbars from Google, Yahoo, etc?

Re: Runtime Error?
Well thanks
![]() Lets see what I've tried: - Window Washer Scan - Avast! Scan - CCleaner - AVG - AdAware - Spybot S&D Recently I ran ComboFix & this pop up usually came up when I ran my Mozilla Firefox I think, but it's happened other times too, I'm not too sure when. I just know that when I hit 'OK' all my icons would disappear & I would have to restart my computer. Like I was saying I ran ComboFix for another problem I was having, it seems that it isn't popping up anymore but I will let you know if it does. Thank you for your consideration though

Re: Runtime Error?
This sounds like a Windows problem rather than security.
Which version of MS Office do you have installed? Do you have any toolbars from Google, Yahoo, etc?

Re: Runtime Error?
You're being helped by security analyst Pancake in the HJT forum. Please direct him to this thread in case the 2 problems are related.
