Kaspersky Online Scan

The On-line Scanner service offered by Kaspersky Lab uses Microsoft ActiveX technology.
It requires MS Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher.
Launch Internet Explorer & click on the button below

When presented with Kaspersky's license agreement, please read through it before accepting.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR IE7 USERS

Interenet Explorer shall then prompt you to install Kaspersky's ActiveX component.

Have it scan My Computer

In the Scan is completed window, any infection is displayed. There is no option to clean/disinfect, however, we need to analyze the information on the report.

To obtain the report:
Click on: Save Report As

Next, in the Save as prompt, Save in area, select: Desktop
In the File name area, use KAS, or something similar
In Save as type, click the drop arrow and select: Text file [*.txt]
Then, click: Save

Please post the Kaspersky Online Scanner Report in your reply.

Notes: - Due to current KAV engine limitations, Outlook 2003 PST files cannot be scanned, even if "My Email" is selected as the scanning domain.
