Too confusing

Hi I'm still tryng to follow the 5 steps but it's too confusing i don't understand any of it, so i think i am going to call it quits.I just can't follow it at all, unless anyone knows of an easier way to get rid of avsystemcare which keeps popping up on my pc.
Thankyou everyone who has tried to help but i'm just no good when it comes to technical stuff.

Have you saved the logfile from Panda ActiveScan?
Regarding SpywareBlaster download the file from here and follow the tutorial on how to use it here

Re: Too confusing

Hi deb32

If you feel things are becoming too difficult then simply jump to step 5 and download and run Deckards System Scanner, as topcreator suggested. The log from DSS is the most important one, so I would concentrate on that for now. Post back if you're still having problems.

Re: Too confusing

Hi

This sometimes happens - click on the 'Preview' button again and then try the 'Manage Attachments' button. If still no luck, just copy and paste the contents into your post.
